Multiple-Lock Dimensions
All the critical dimensions for confirming compatibility between the Multiple-Lock and any given installation are detailed below.
The Dual is not shown as it is a mobile device, however for reference it has a 10 mm (3/8″) thick shackle. The standard Dual is 140 mm long and has 45 mm internal clearance on the shackle. These units have 13 mm padlock apertures, although over bored models can be supplied with 14 mm apertures.
Standard Multiple-Lock 05-BC
The diagram to the left details the main dimensions of the standard 5 padlock unit. For ten padlock Multiple-Locks please add 150 mm to the overall body length, all other dimensions remain the same. The chain is 8mm thick.
Please note these dimensions cannot be scaled up to 20 padlock Multiple-Locks which due to expansion tolerances requires a larger catch
Standard Multiple-Lock with Chain Catch
The diagram to the left details the main dimensions of the standard 5 padlock unit with a chain catch. For ten padlock Multiple-Locks please add 150 mm to the overall body length, all other dimensions remain the same. The chain is 8mm thick.

Tubular Multiple-Lock with chain catch
The diagram to the left details the main dimensions of the tubular 5 padlock unit with chain catch, the back bracket assembly is not shown for clarity. For ten padlock Multiple-Locks please add 150 mm to the overall body length, all other dimensions remain the same. This unit style is not available for 20 padlocks.
