It can be fitted wherever a standard padlock fits and takes two padlocks.
Removal of either padlock opens the lock.
No welding or fitting is required to install this padlock sized

This unit has a 10 mm (3/8") stainless steel shackle in a stainless
steel body.

Dual Multi-Locks offer an instant shared access solution to allow access 24 hours a day without key-sharing, daisy chains and lock-outs. It is equally invaluable for simple permanent shared access for maintenance companies, electricity suppliers, firefighters, tenants, etc or as a temporary access solution for contractors, tenants, customs officers or law enforcement agencies, etc.
If you have temporary contractors you can also protect the long term security of your installation by making your contractor use their own lock for the duration of the contract. This way key sharing is eliminated and you and your insurance company know that a copy key has not left your control.
