All the critical dimensions for confirming compatibility between the Multi-Lock and any given installation are detailed below.

The Dual is not shown as it is a mobile device, however for reference it has a 10 mm (3/8") thick shackle. The standard Dual is 110 mm long and has 25 mm internal clearance on the shackle. The long shackle Dual is 110 mm long and has 55 mm internal clearance on the shackle. Both units have 12 mm padlock apertures, although over bored models can be supplied with 14 mm apertures.

	Standard Multi-Lock with bolt-on catch The diagram to the left details the main dimensions of the standard 5 padlock unit with a standard catch. For ten padlock Multi-Locks please add 150 mm to the overall body length, all other dimensions remain the same. Please note these dimensions cannot be scaled up to 20 padlock Multi-Locks which due to expansion tolerances requires a larger catch

	Tubular Multi-Lock The diagram to the left details the main dimensions of the standard 5 padlock unit. For ten padlock Multi-Locks please add 150 mm to the overall body length, all other dimensions remain the same. The chain is 8mm thick. Please note these dimensions cannot be scaled up to 20 padlock Multi-Locks as the increased weight precludes a tubular mounting.
